Confution on Total data transfer

I have just got an data one connection. I am on HOME 500 .

When I search on service records selecting "HOME 500 DOWNLOAD SPEED UPTO 2MBPS", I do not get any results.

But when i search selecting "ALL SERVICES" i get results.

But I see service name as "Startup Plan,downloadspeed Upto 2 Mbps".

Also see Sum Traffic(GB) Excluding Night Unlimited 1.993


Why i getting this. Have they activated wrong service? R they going to charge?

Plz reply soon.

are you sure you have the home 500 plan? Check out whats given in the print out that BSNL guys gave you. Because after seeing your screenshot i am very sure that you have the home 250 plan, and also that u have used 993 MB in excess. if not please complain soon

We get service records by selecting All Services . We do not getresults by selecting our plan due to some bug in site design ... And pls contact commercial officer at your Exchange to confirmyour plan and for the correction on Dataone portals .

You are on 250 plan and not Home 500 Plan

when you log in first check user info. there you will find your plan.Then check service records.You are most likely in home250 plan and has mistakenly surfed in the night between 0200 to 0800.If you can access your records under any other plan you have to complain to BSNLimmediately.
