I'll be shifting from BSNL ADSL2+ connection to a local cable fibre connection (Most likely Wishnet) since, alliance isn't available in my area.
In this situation I am really not sure about the security aspect and I am searching for a Router/Firewall hardware which can provide me with the required security.
Virus/malware infections are pretty common on these fibre connections and I really & I really don't want a pc-oriented solution to this problem.
This leads to the questions :
i) How good is Cyberoam NetGenie in terms of wireless range when compared to a, say, D-Link Wireless N300 Router.
ii) What alternatives do I have other than NetGenie which will provide me with a comparable protection.
In this case Protection and Wifi range are critical, and both are of equal importance.
