Bsnl has lanched a new plan for NON BSNL user. This plan is for those who donot have bsnl land line. They r providing a new telephone line for RS 50 per month. After getting the telephone line u can apply for dataone broadband. U can only receive call from the new line. No out going possible. Even IT card will not work. I am using it at kolkata.
