My Requirement :
Contant UPLOAD speed above 256 Kbps.
Location : Gurgaon (Sector 15 Part II)
My Current Broad band is Airtel 256kbps unlimited ... but upload speed is enough :-(
As i have seen ppl give very poor rating of TATA's service in past from all over india .... Abt their Customer Service Centre mostly, and a lot more things etc..
My view is Technical services can improve with time and competition .... May be recent feedback would be more helpful
Few Queries in order of priority :
1) Wats the average UPLOAD Speed for 512 kbps unlimited ?
2) Wats the average down time (preferably from last few months )????
3) Wats the upload speed at after midnight ???? Is the speed same or increases as in Airtel at night time ???
4) Is tata's customer service Same in GURGAON Also ???
Please help me out with this.
