Plan Problem

i have take dataone conection with startup plan, after some time i have give request to change my plane to home-500. bsnl officer told me that they have change my paln to home-500 and i also got bill according to home-500.

but bsnl dataone site http://10.241.16.195/webLogin.jsp show startup plan on my conection & data usese count as startup plan no free usese between 2am to 8am.

how it is possible, any one face this type of problem?

I'd suggest to personally contact the commercial officer at local BSNLExchange to resolve this issue . It might take few days for the portalto update your plan ...
 
Mate, u got to talk ... to BSNL officer !!! and hope that they solve ur problems .................... 🙂
