Tatasky signal issue

I feel my HD channels are washed out of details, have raised a call with Tata Sky. Below is the signal levels in most of my HD channels.

Need suggestions to what should be the minimum levels for good HD reception.

Issue solved, my old 60cm dish was replaced with new 65cm dish and the signal quality improved. 65cm dish is required after Tata Sky moves to new satellite in coming months. I was told by the service guy that there will be plenty more HD channels post transition.
