The guy who tweeted this is from Mumbai, so maybe only Mumbai is affected. I have not yet received this message though.

So I got SMS stating that:

Services will be unavailable from 1am to 5am on 20th & 21st Jan because of upgrade

Now god knows what they are going to do!!!

Most likely "VACUUM DATABASE" 😀

So seems only Mumbai users are affected by it. Koi Delhi ka system bhi upgrade karo bhai. I receive 2G speeds at my home. 🙁
