Changing the Modems Username and Password

Hello,

My Antivirus software keeps popping up a message that the username and password is weak and needs to be changed to avoid hacking and misuse of my data.

I have subscribed to BSNL FTTH service and have Alphion AONT-100C modem and Belkin router.

I need to know as to how I can change the username and password on the Modem and also how to login to my Belkin router.

I am not a technical guy so help me with the steps in detail.

personally i would get a better antivirus package for my computer.
