we had already discussed this in one of the forums here, i remember. What is so surprising about that? Even africa has a higher penetration rate currently It will take time for us to reach Pakistan's 30% mark. but if you look at the absolute numbers then it's high....but that's because of our very huge population. india is still in the growth stage, while in most of the developed world has reached satuaration stage with 70-100%+ penetration rates. so you will have more and more companies moving into markets that have growth potential....
