Aircel Connecting only to FB & Whatsapp

I Bought a Aircel-Chennai 3g Sim last week and recharged for Rs.198/= (1.5 GB 3g for 28 days ) the store in-charge told me that i can start browsing after 30 minutes but till now i could open only FB and whatsapp .. Went to same store next day but after 2 hrs of waiting they told that its a technical issue so Given a complaint to CC but till now no response..

Fed up with aircel..Can't sort this small issue for the past 5 days.
