the forum since last 2-3 days (maybe a week) is not opening in chrome. getting the above error. Tried a seprate machine (not ISP) the same is true for that machine too. The portal opens on IE 11 with no issues.

This is not a ISP issue (coz a different browser with same ISP is opening) but seems to be some compatibility issue. Just wondering if any other users are also facing the same????

@subash: I am not sure, but you might want to investigate on the same... I have already cleared cookies 1-2 times.

Thanks. It solved the issue but now wondering why the issue cropped up on 2 different machines nearly at the same time?
i did a query and saw the entry corresponding the domain which i later deleted. I visited the site and it showed up on chrome.

was it that the team has migrated their hosting to some other service provider recently and/or earlier supported HSTS and now not supporting? or is it related so issue at my machine end?

lastly, apologies for the spelling, may be i can blame to the time of the day the message was typed 😛

hsts was enabled by me on the forum domain. your isp has nothing to do with it. i am at total fault for this issue.

hmm. i had tried using the hta thing but it was breaking the forum. the code was supposed to be inserted in another file where virtualhosts are defined. the problem is that htaccess code runs on both http and https protocol and sts settings should only be defined for https traffic.
