couldn't use the internet with my new modem

I recently bought a TP-Link wireless N USB ADSL2 modem + router. But when i tried to connect it my devices its not working. All the LEDs are blinking except the internet LED . The internet connections is all fine because its working good with my previous TD 8817 modem router. when i checked the internet connection status through ping in cmd it shows 0% loss.. but my wireless router is not alone connecting. can anyone help me with this???
