Broadband Connecting Error...

Guys i changed some settings in order to connect to internet in linux...
after that when i tried to connect in windows, it says.. Connecting WAN Miniport and then redials...
Then i resetted the modem from backside but same problem persistes...
I want to knw if there some settings to be done in order to get a reseted modem working...
I wud b very thankful to you, if u can help...
I m dying plz help...
 
Error 678 .... seems to be windows error. I do get it many times esp. during afternoons. Also it at times says that password is incorrect. At times it says that server did not respond in time -- timeout.... But I always get connected aftre few attempts.. I guess this is BSNL's problem. 🙂 since I do get connected without any change in settings, with same password too. 🙂-pranKster.
