Reliance Broadband reviews - Bangalore

Hi All,

I am currently using BSNL broadband, I saw Reliance Broadband plans and like the unlimited flat speed plans. I wanted to know how is Reliance Broadband in Bangalore, hows their service, do they block torrents, customer service, downtime, do they cheat in billing ?. I am satisfied with BSNL, over the years they have changed,they are more prompt now than before. they dont block, dont overcharge and thier downtime has reduced to 1 day. Only reason I want to change to reliance is the BSNL FUP speed of 512kbps.

No blocks on Torrents.
Random blocks on some websites like Al Jazeera on their DNS.
Needs manual login. Logs out on inactivity or 24 hours.
Could be very unreliable. Customer service varies from one area to another. Billing is fine coz there is no overcharge.
I suggest trying out Reliance for a few months while keeping BSNL as backup on a low end plan.
