5 days back i had called reliance customer care at 1800-3000-7777 for new connection, they said, they will contact me with in 48 hours, but i did not receive any call again i my self called after 48 hours, than again they said i'll b getting a call with in 24 hours, i did not receive any call and again today i had called and spoke to one of the representative regarding the issue but i don't think they could call me back. Worst customer support and some action should be taken
 
Go to local Reliance web world. Get the number of the local agent.
 
All RWorld's have been shut down. The local Reliance Mobile Store (check if there is more than one) might have the contact. Else, bad luck.
