Banks with optional ATM-Only cards

Ok, I need to know about banks in India (presence in chennai must), that has an option of Non-Debit ATM-Only cards. I know HDFC has an ATM-only option card. Is there any other bank with a similar option.

Nopes. I can't use it outside hdfc ATM. Not in a store, not online, No visa or MasterCard or any such logo is there

Works in any ATM, afaik!

I am not talking about the regular debit card, there is a specific card which you can request and avail.

I know, I have the same one, and it works at any bank's ATM!

Whoa! How? It should go via some interchange like visa or MasterCard right

I am guessing it should be MasterCard or a Maestro because it starts with a 5. But how come there is no logo I wonder.

Also technically no cards are acceptable at all ATMs, such as a mastercard will not be accepted at a visa only ATM and vice versa

And well there are such ATMs 😎

Tried the HDFC card at am ICICI ATM & it worked. So, they have some interchange setup after all
