Worst Tikona Service, Please dont go for Tikona Broadband

Tikona is the worst service provider i have experienced. It’s better not to have internet connection than going for Tikona connection. I'm a resident of Rangarajapuram, Kodambakkam area,Chennai.
Get AIRTEL, the best network i have ever experienced.

I took Tikona Broadband connection on 08-09-2014, User Id was given on 09-09-2014.

With in the span of 50 days, I have called Tikona Technical support more than 100 times.

The service is pathetic. I took my broadband with 2mbps speed on 09-Sep-14 and since 12-Sep-14 the broadband is not working.
They say it is working, but I do not know when it works. It is up to Tikona & their router mood.

Every day after coming from my work, I have a routine work, that is to call Tikona service center where they have recruited illiterate agents in the name of technical support, who cannot help you by any means and only one answer your problem will get rectify by 24 hrs, which will never ever happens. Every day i will call them and the reply is same, your connection will be rectified within 24 Hours, but nothing will happen, after some routine calls to customer care, the technical support will say, your issue has been escalated in "HIGH PRIORITY". But our call will not be escalated as low priority also.

Every day, the illiterate technical support person will open a complaint ticket and it won’t be closed and again a new ticket will be opened the next day when you call again, the routine continues...without ever ending.

Before, i was using AIRTEL Broadband for more than 2 years, at any given time, I have not called customer care for any complaints, i have called them only twice or thrice, that to not about the technical issues, but about the Airtel bill issue.



These are the complaints which were opened:

29-09-2014 -- 1-3235451762 - Closed and again I got the same issue.

03-10-2014 -- 1-3238215755 - Closed and again I got the same issue.

06-10-2014 & 08-10-2014 & 10-10-2014 -- 1-3240465401 -- Not resolved, a new ticket was opened again on 14-10-2014

14-10-2014 -- 1-3248862783 - Not resolved, No response from the Technical Support

19-10-2014 -- 1-3251846746 - Not resolved, No response from the Technical Support

25-10-2014 -- 1-3258670156 - Not resolved, No response from the Technical Support

29-10-2014 -- 1-3262033034 - Not resolved, No response from the Technical Support

30-10-2014 -- 1-3263214490 - Today only this ticket was opened, will update it tomorrow.


25-10-2014 -- Fee Waiver -- 1-3258670187 -- No reply till today from the Technical Support for the fee waiver.

So if you do not want to suffer then do not take Tikona.
