Tikona Router Configuration

Hey Guys i am amazed with an experience i recently had with my internet service provider Tikona. I got a D-Link router and was not able to install it by myself nor i got any support from anywhere. Though i was not sure i will get any support from my service provider i called them and my call was answered by a gentleman named Akshay who without any hesitation took my request to help me configure my router yes i did feel sad about the time he informed for a callback which was long 48 hours but i said something is better than nothing. A little above 24hours i got a call from Shekhar Patil who confirmed the make and model of my router and here it is within just 10 minutes I started using it. I got what I wanted without expecting it. In today’s era of service, getting service for a product picked up from the provider is difficult. I m surprise with Tikona providing such support for the router which was not picked from them. You made my day 🙂
