We have 18 vodafone connections under company name ABC Ltd. Our company name has changed and we requested Vodafone to change to the new name "XYZ Ltd".
Vodafone insists that we give them the individual SIM no.s, along with photo of each SIM to enable process this change. This makes no sense to me and getting a proper response from Vodafone or Vodafone store is like listening to a repeating record as they keep saying the same thing.
We spoke with Airtel & Idea who told us that they have no such requirements and would be happy to port us over to them with the correct company name . We are considering this very strongly as talking to Vodafone is like banging your head against a wall.
Any opinions / ideas / possible solutions ?
