Tikona Downgraded Speed? (Official or Just downtime)

From past a week tikona has downgraded speed in every plan , i guess this official and not a downtime as usual.
in 4mbps plans speed used to cross 4mbps on both speedtest.net and tikona speedtest , nut now it doesnt even touch 4mbps ( same in idm speed are 500KBps before they used to be 550-580 KBps )
same in 2mbps plans and 512kbps plans
can anybody confirm this ? has anybody experienced this yet?? maybe if yes then i should move to another isp as this is utter shit seeing broadbands are actually suppose to increase there speed with time , not downgrade.

I also have noticed this change.
It is very bad of them even if we do a calulation we must get speed that touches atleast 4 mbps on speedtest.

Surprising, I have not noticed a huge change in my internet speed
