BEFORE DUE DATE, OUTGOING CALL DISCONNECTED. U R customer care people's told the limitation of usage is very high, due to disconnected the line. even my bill was not recd my me still date.last 2days back i called to ur 121, & same was informed , then they told we are sending u duplicate bill. they given the this # 14822317. that time also they not told anything regarding disconnection of line. yesterday some lady called ibn connection with billing, from 55552718, she told ur due date is 18thmay, due to some technical Problem the billing problems are there, hence your due date is extended to 22nd may 7 she assured ur bill will get with in wedesday 18thmay & she also told any disconnection of line regards.but fine morning 2day, i called to my friend for very serious matter, the msg was announced , this facility is not avail in ur phone? if this good manner for TATA.r u know how many years i am using this service?, u want like this customer, if u dont need like customer, kly sent a mail or letter to me. any way i need immedite attention to me! today i called to 121 and spoken to Ms.HEMA, i explained to her my phone Problem, she agreed the u r inactivities things, finally i know my deposite / credit limit is 1.5k, if this coorect , my usage is so high only, then u asked any additional deposite/ credit limit, this things are not able say ur customer, but u simply disconnection of phone. ur achive is only adding new customers, not question about loosing one very old customer. ur company policy this is!!!!!!!? this are ur unability, untechnical things. before activation of my line kly writ a mail / letter very very important, if u need one old customer. This are one side, I paid my bill amt Rs.1900/- by cheque. This detail as follow amt:-1900/-, chque # 214429, dt.14.05.05, bank Indian bank, valasaravakkam , ch-87. I want explaination shortely from ur end.don’t take lisurerly.
