Same In chennai.Just now checked using proxy Site is working fine.The issue is from Reliance broadband.

Reliance blocks are implemented through their own DNS to the best of my knowledge.

exactly anyways i access any blocked sites using the TOR BROWSER.The anonymous browser developed by the tor browser
