BSNL Broadband now has Airtel Smartbytes like Upgrade Packages with Redirections

airtel is there just to suck out our money with expensive internet seems like bsnl catched upon that idea bit too late ,better run to a different broadband provider
 
Now bu11 sh!t nigam Ltd has started this sh!t to even 1Mbps FUP plans.
 
If I buy 2 gb 100 rs plan can I get 2 mbps for 24 hrs till the ip changes anyone tried it

Is it tied to the IP then ? I mean, a power failure could turn off the modem and reset the IP. So if your offer / addition is related to IP, there is a good chance your money is wasted.
