I changed my plan from 1Mbps to 4Mbps Unlimited recently. First few days (1 week) the speed was same as old plan. I complained and wrote emails copying all GMs of MTNL. Once the problem was resolved (worked only 2 days) my ADSL light didn't blink in modem. I again complained and went to exchange numerous times. The person in exchange called someone and he did something with my port. Again after a week my internet connection resumed. Now I am getting even lower speed 😡 of 512Kbps.
