LOL which means its going back to 1998 days or even worse.Abt windows live messenger... Microsoft itself is shutting down it. And moving to skype.

right. they were killed last month. i assume no one here bothers about them anyways. they had become useless pretty much a decade ago.

From Jellybean, Android too has great scope for good weather apps/widgets as they are part of lock screen.
