Asus router configuration for loggin in via wifi connection?

Hello, I am a user of Alliance broadband and i recently have bought a wifi router (Asus N10E) and i have configured my router and using wifi on my phone without any problem.So my question is, can i log in from an android phone without turning my pc on? though i have done some experiment and i realized that i can log in from any device connected wired (my ps3) but i'm unable to do the same via wifi .So is there any configuration in the router setting that i need to modify to able to log in via wifi?thanks in advance.

I regularly do it from my iPad without any issue, so login via wifi should not be a problem unless your router is blocking it. BTW, I use TP-Link and Digisol router.
