Dude Nitro I understand your plight bro .. Unfortunately there are no great ISPs in this country and there are no strict rules for them to give good customer service and thats a big drawback ... I have gone through all problems you mentioned with reliance ie 169ip , packet loss etc .. Their CC is worst in full of India .. If the govt was not in their pocket then they would have vanished from the face of earth long back .. Just live with what you have man and pray in future good happens .. No other choice bro ..
