Since morning im getting lame download pseeds of 7-8 on a 128 Kbps line....WHY Me..anyoen else exp. this problem???

i think double speed at nite is also gone.

It's not gone here... but there is a problem - when I do a speed check the speed seems fine, but the surfing seems a little slow... and I have tried different DNS servers too.
