Check Usage Site Login Problem

Ever since my ISP shifted me to tata indicom account. I face this problem.

Whenever I try to login to My account site:
http://myaccount.tataindicombroadband.in/MyAccount/signin.do

it logs in fine.

But then if I click "My Tariff" it asks me to relogin OR
if I click My usage and select date range, most of times says:
"No Usage Data Exists for the given period"

I keep on doing relogin till it gives me actual data. So just to check
my usage I need to login about 5-10 times and worst is this all
is counted in to "My Usage" (i.e. my MBs are reduced)! So everytime
I check my a/c 1 or 2mb gets reduced.

any1 facing same problem? any1 who know solution?

Oh & I was just checkin that out and now ...
I just am starting to hate sys admins at vsnl/tata broadband. The myaccount site is one of such shitty example of their (tcs?) produce. I could just shut down the box now which is running the Websphere 6.0 with IbmHttpS on that stupid HP-ux box, now what runs on port 9060 of that server is the admin login whose password is too trivial to reveal... https://myaccount.tataindicombroadband.in:9...nsole/logon.jsp duh...

anyways will hack for hardware.

Wow that's unbelievable that u lose upto 2mb! I've never had that problem. Are you using your tata or triband connection to log into your account page? Are you an ex- 7star customer too? I too got migrated from 7star to Tata a few years ago, but I guess I'm one of the lucky few that has never had any major problems with Tata...well so far at least 🙂
 

thats abt 1 and half yr back. no longer use 7star or tata BB. very bad connection. my neighbour still complains but he cant wait for triband queue as well. so continuing with it.
