Ever since my ISP shifted me to tata indicom account. I face this problem.
Whenever I try to login to My account site:
http://myaccount.tataindicombroadband.in/MyAccount/signin.do
it logs in fine.
But then if I click "My Tariff" it asks me to relogin OR
if I click My usage and select date range, most of times says:
"No Usage Data Exists for the given period"
I keep on doing relogin till it gives me actual data. So just to check
my usage I need to login about 5-10 times and worst is this all
is counted in to "My Usage" (i.e. my MBs are reduced)! So everytime
I check my a/c 1 or 2mb gets reduced.
any1 facing same problem? any1 who know solution?
