My internet Bill used to come as 580 Rs each month, buy for last month i got 610 Rs
In Last Month i downloaded heavy torrents.
BSNL is Charging Torrent Downloads?
 
You probably made some telephone calls or BSNL increased the rental by a bit. Or you are on a limited bandwidth plan and you consumed a bit more than your allocated data. Post a copy of the bill.
 
For unlimited plans, broadband bill is fixed. No matter you download 100 GB or 1 GB.
 
Who charges just 30Rs for torrents! 😀 (Torrent download can go beyond 15-20 GB alone!)

Either your rent has increased or you made calls.
