Adsl Starcom Modem Ut-300r2 Link Fail

I m using BSNL broadband with ADSL starcom modem UT-300R2, I m using it on multiple computer throu ethernet hub the problem is my modem get corrupt it show no link (the yellow light became off ) within a year i had faced this problem twice and i had to purchase a new one. I want to know whether any software patch is available so that i can reset the modem (because http://192.168.1.1 is also not working)

Whenever http://192.168.1.1 stops working with any adsl modem or router there must be a (mostly)hardware problem with the adsl router or modem.such devices normally come with one year manufacturer warranty.So contact the service centre or reseller for replacement ( if still under warranty period).

I am using the same modem. There is no USB outlet .
Upgrade to modem having both Rj45 ethernet and Usb ( firewire)outlets.

Have you tried resetting it On line ? Press the White button to restore for factory defaults.Then try to access 192.168.1.1Try with a single computer first. direct.
