I remember reading both kind of statements from the Supreme Court I think. In any case, the government would do good by first making a low banning watching porn illegal even in personal space.
 
watching porn in your own personal space is legal in india. as in you cannot broadcast it on tv or movie theaters or in public spaces. but if i watch porn on my computer as an individual by my choice... it is completely legal. of course, copyright laws would still apply in this case.

ISPs can't do this, we need real competent people to check for CP. If ISPs are allowed to block we are done. ISP can block any site and say it had CP.
 
I heard that our leaders will themselves watch porn sites and find out whether material is suitable for Indian people.

Busy days ahead for our leaders. They will be studying porn so as to examine which site should be blocked. They didn't have better things to do anyway.
 
i am sure there is no shortage of b-grade actors in bjp who can take up this initiative.
 
This is stupidity of the highest order.This and that FTTI case are prime examplez of unwanted stupidity of this govt.The SC must come down hard on the govt.
 
Why RSS think sex is taboo in India? Sex is just as normal as everything else. My friends including girls never mind if I watch adult content or not and also I never mind if they watch adult content or not.
