Guys, I am using MTNL Mumbai's 3G Jadoo unlimited plan on roaming in Chennai, on a Huawei E173 dongle. I am getting good download speeds (~300 kbps). But for the past few days, the speed would suddenly drop to 1-2 kbps. I would not be able to open any webpage either.
Is this an issue that can be fixed on my end? I hate talking to those MTNL aunties who seem to know nothing about computers.
