How to divide internet speed

I guess Google around. Someone would have made a guide. Though I am not sure if the crappy BSNL Modem would be a good place to do it... This is a router-modem combo solution?

depends. find out the exact model number. and then search on google for that model along with keywords like QoS, Throttling etc. etc.

1st is my local provider 2 mbps and second one is BSNL after fup
