Act broadband not working since 2nd day of installation

My broadband activated on 7th of June , after that only for one day i could use it , since the second day it stopped working
whenever i connect my LAN Cable to my lap top it says no internet access , and i am not using any wifi router.
Then i contacted customer service and they informed that there might be problem with the cable or junction box because when they ping from their end till junction box its fine , and no response from junction box to my home.
So i raised complaint on 9th of June.
I made 4 calls and everybody told the same reason, this is on high priority it will be resolved , but i am without the internet since 5 days almost .
This is the worst service i have ever got from any ISP.

There is no toll free no to contact the customer care team , every time i call them call will be connected after 10 or 15 min and moreover its chargeable
Worst service from ACT Team.
