The form at least was able to pick my details from the customer id.
 
hehe. i am going to guess that they are not going to accept any complaints till 13th.
 
Internet is again going down with power cuts. Which means only one thing. The power backup of the local gateway is fucked up again. This is going to be a nuisance to get resolved. Especially when my backup connection only gives me 9GB per month.
 
They fixed the downtime during power cut problem sometime last week. And it has started again today. Good times on Reliance Broadband.
 

This reminds me of a conversation of my dad with our cable operator in the 90's when I was a kid.
Dad: Cable chala gaya . Kya kar rahe ho tum log?
Cable Guy: Saar bijli ni hai.
 
It's down again right now.

Looks like the power backup at the local gateway has gone bad again. It has largely been down since 9pm. It rained in Gurgaon which means there is massive power fluctuations and frequent power cuts in the last 4 hours.
