PPPoE is going down again and again on BSNL Broadband

PPPoE is going down for a few seconds every few minutes. Does it have to do with my line quality? Or it is from the backend?

here too , odisha and due to too much restart hit my fup i guess (my line never hits fup b4 28 no matter how much i dl ) or so :nonchalance: :numbness:
 


Connectivity is horrible right now. Even felt for a while that my connection was FUPed.
 
From morning, its back to normal for me. Though FUPed. 512 now.
Calling for 1445 tomorrow as no selfcare portal for us northindians.
 
Yup. It shows PPPoE down in modem backend. No values are shown for SNR etc as well. I filed a complaint through the complaint form. And now I think it was a mistake.
 
Of course. But they would send the same old guy with hearing aid to solve my problem like the last time around. I also filed a complaint regarding my locked account on the usage portal. Not sure if that was a smart idea.
 
Same here bsnl has like groups when some part of india have proper internet some parts of india will have tripping internet
Now i only Have Packet loss for some site like gmail.com.
