Man Up and Move Out: Supreme Court to Actor Aditya Pancholi

wow. just wow.

Mr Pancholi, 50, has been fighting a court case over the house for nearly three decades. Last month, the Bombay High Court ruled against the actor of films like Yes Boss and Bodyguard and ordered him to move out and pay arrears to the landlady. The actor then appealed to the Supreme Court, where he lost his case today.

Mr Pancholi's father rented the Juhu bungalow for Rs. 150 a month in 1960. The owner, Tarabai Hate, filed a case against the family in 1977 for defaulting on several months of rent. Mr Pancholi's claim that he had not received a notice to settle the amount was rejected by the Supreme Court.
