8 mbps download speed in internet cafe

There is this internet cafe in my area named Rajdhani cyber cafe which gives a download/upload speed of 7-8 mbps on most servers. The ISP is Dishnet wireless. Interestingly, speedtest.net shows download speeds of just 1-2 mbps (I forgot to get a snapshot of the test)They charge 30rs per hour (dvd writer, card reader included)

Dishnet Wireless is Aircel, right ?

I have no idea. They say that they get get download speeds of around 250-300 mbps, which is then divided between 30 pc's

ask that shop uncle to give a connection to your home :3

They provide home connections, but are darn high. 2 mbps unlimited @ rs 4000
