7star Vileparle (w) File Sharing

Does anyone using 7star ISP vileparle (w) do file sharing?Is there any file sharing software which will ONLY download from local LAN? and also allow me to see what people have to offer?I use Linux.Amish

Nope not any more. It was long back but not since about 2 months when they put up new routers and replaced old once. Downtime has also reduced, except last week when problems remained for 4-5 days non-stop, its been stable from 2months.

^Are you sure about that? Has this been implemented to all the corresponding areas as well.The last time me and my Cousin tried to establish a Hub in Andheri Lokhandwala area it gave Net speeds which indicated port blocking.So if there are any Hubs started for 7Star do let me know the IP.
