Am goin to configure my modem to autodial n i dont want it to diconnect it from the web (always connected n always on), simply i want to run the modem 24 X 7.So it is obvious that my modem will be heated, so will it be spoiled if i keep it switched on?

Always switched on the modem is not adviceable for any make.
If u do so , u have to change the Filter condensers and power adapter frequently

Hey Sahil, compromise and go for 23*7 (at least one hour rest will do wonders to electronics).
 
yeap. give the poor thing some rest. think of all the HOT stuff it downloads for ya 😉
