south delhi mtnl connection issue

i want to get a mtnl connection but everytime i call them they say
bhaiya node khali nahi hai :/

i am really tired of the pings i get in tata condom broadband
it sucks! 999 ping all the time.

i guess there is no connection slot left in the mtnl box of our area .
is there a work around this? like talking to somebody or anything like that?
cant mtnl just put up another box ?

i really want a new connection.
cant get any other connection as they're not available in my area. no airtel , no spectranet , we have hathway . but the cable provider refused to give a demo for hathway so i cancelled my req for connection. we also have tikona but it sucks from what i've been reading.

please suggest me what i can do

i don't think it would be easy like just installing a new box probably they would need a new cable setup done and also a free slot in their exchange

Yes. If they're out of capacity, you can't do much except wait for someone to disconnect. Or maybe cut your neighbour's line 😀
