Appellate appeal form of RCOM. A BIG JOKE!

I went on to rcom.co.in to file a appeal complaint againts some service issue.

After that that this is a link to download appeal form here.
To my surprise the appeal form they have uploaded is to file an appeal in Custom, Excise and service tax dispute.

Strange. They respond usually. What's the issue?

Cant send SMS when the mobile number have a prefix of +91. Goes only with 0 or no prefix. Same is with the call. Although for call assisted dialing takes over and solves the problem

I have this problem on my Palm Pixi too, on Reliance CDMA. Couldn't find way out, so I had to change all the numbers from +91 to 0091. This is what I did: Exported the contacts to a CSV file, opened it in Excel, find + and replace it with 00, save CSV and import it back.

Most of them says editing all numbers. But i dont wanna do that. I have lodged a complaint on pgportal.gov.in regarding this sms issue and the appeal form issue

I don't think. It just replaces +91 with zero before dialing, as per the information on that thread.

Hmm, no option then I guess other than some manual workarounds mentioned there.
