Live TV pausing and playback not working

Hi! I'm pretty new to videocon D2H and I've been supplied HD Dig STB 2222. The thing I've noticed is one month of free DVR subscription.

I've been trying to pause my tv and playback but it is not happening to me. Everyone facing the same issue?

P.S Scheduling a recording by pressing (I) button works perfectly. Even playback works without flaw. The only thing I'm missing is live TV pausing and playback.

Here is solution : Please check few settings as per procedure- first go to setting option, then Installation, Enter Installation Code 1234, Box Setting, TV Setting, check RCU Type must be selected as "Compact". And your problem must be resolved. Your Pause should be working.

tried calling the customer care and got a reply that my STB is outdated n willl have to replace :sweating: :banghead: with new one
but when i saw ur procedure i got an immediate solution....
