frequent disconnection from past 7 days!

is there any one who is facing frequent disconnection on mtnl 3g delhi?
if any body nows how to solve this issue, it will be of big help
it is disconencting at each few MB'S LIKE 5 MB
 
Mtnl delhi does have an online complaint form. Can't seem to locate it.

Have you called 1503?
 
if possible please find out that link
i am in roaming so hav nt tried calling 1503, still i will call them tomorrow
coz this is creating too much pain to keep reconnecting
 
frequent disconnections happen when signal is very weak i.e. between -81dBm to -89dBm and when you have signals between -70dBm to -79dBm you will have fewer disconnections and below -70dBm you will rarely have disconnections.
