Vodafone wants to install tower on my residential premises

Vodafone wants to install a tower on top of my residential premises after i told them i am filling written appeal with appellate authority. So i wanna know what should be the documentation and what can be the charges for the same?

We have a Reliance GSM tower installed at our building terrace (5 floors Housing Society) and they give us around 1.5 lacs per annum as rent.
The rent should depend upon the area too. You should try checking with buildings nearby your residence that have mobile towers installed.

I would not advise you for this. You can instead ask them to place a repeater so that you get good signal at your place.

Same size. It doesn't have those dish type antennae though. Just the long ones on all four sides.

It was installed long before we shifted here, so no idea about it.
