Alright I was trying to view someone's profile and your forum did not let me do so therefore please explain Why the hell cant I view others' profiles.
 
You have just one post. You can view other's profiles or send private messages when you have at least 25 posts.
 
right. you have to be a regular member to make use of the features on the forum.
