Nice one.

that makes sense as microsft have released more than 7 editions for a single crap OS.

i have seen it on two machines. on the 1 gb machine it sucked. on the 2 gb model it works fine. i am delaying the decision to get a new machine... i have a copy lying with me... just not interested in running it on a p4 1.8 with 1 gb ram.

to wait is better, for 3 to 4 months, at present xp is better,

crap os, after some time u may be using it., same thing happened to xp.
i have all the editions of vista.
it sucks, ecen though i have 2GB ram and PD 3.4 Ghz.

the machines i checked them on were both dual core.i guess i would buy the triple core chip from amd 😀

i like ubuntu and xp.
will soon start to like fedora and opensuse.
BTW,Sushubh ,how is xubuntu?better than ubuntu?

i guess i would buy the triple core chip from amd
am going 4 quadraple core.
will have to time travel 4 that.

aaarrgh. now i know why my hair density is going down.i wrote xBUNTU dost... that means anythingbuntu... i shuffle between kde and gnome on my installation.and quad core are already available in the market mate. 8 cores are coming in the near future. u can however already buy a 8 core machine from sun microsystems.
