ACT broadband blocking sites?

Is ACT broadband blocking certain websites?This torrent website (link-removed) appears to be blocked. ACT proudly advertises that an entire movie can be downloaded in 5 minutes etc. and now this...

link-removed loads fine here on BSNL. But it has been on the block list before. I am guessing the international gateway being used by ACT is the culprit here.

kickass, pb not working in Bangalore. ACT guy told me they are blocked till further notice and other cities also are facing the same issue.

Try using a proxy service such as Hot Spot, it would defenitely open the blocked sites.
