Deposit Not Refundable?

Hi friendsInitially we had 3 DIAS lines (unlimited at that time it was Rs 5,500 per month. So we had to pay Rs 5,500 as rental advance for getting the connections.We paid all the dues as per bill to the department till the date we had requested for un subscribing the DIAS facility. When we ask for refund they are saying it is not a refundable deposit.Has any ex-DIAS (early day users) user thought of this. We have paid one month rental in advance why it cannot be refunded, forget that days activation charges of 3000 atleast the "deposit " we paid.Correct me if i am wrong.Sandeep
 
U r wrong dude....

They had charged u advanced monthly rent for 1 month, u used their line for that 1 month.... then hw cm it is refundable????
